I ordered these nike air max 2010 for my son who is a size 12 medium width. Based on previous reviews, I went up a 1/2 size. They were still too tight and pinch toes.

These nike 360 are so comfortable. I have yet to find any Nikes that have fit this well! Good price for great shoes."
